Welcome to Custom Print Lab. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Custom Products

All items (shirts, hoodies, etc.) are made-to-order using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing technology.

  • Each item is custom printed based on your order.

  • Minor variations in design alignment, color, or print texture may occur and are considered normal.

  • Because all items are custom, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email after payment.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe

  • All prices are in AUD.

4. Shipping

  • We ship via Australia Post with Standard available at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard: 2–6 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

  • You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • You receive the wrong item or print.
