Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our custom DTF-printed apparel. Each item is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All custom t-shirts and hoodies are made to order and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made on our part. 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your item may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds or Replacements Will Only Be Considered If:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a printing error caused by us.

• You received the wrong item, size, or design from what was ordered.

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item (including tags and printing)

• A description of the issue

If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

No Refunds or Exchanges Will Be Granted If:

• The item has been washed, worn, or used in any way.

• The issue is due to customer error (e.g., wrong size or design selected during ordering).

• You simply changed your mind after receiving the item.

• Minor color variations

• Slight design placement shifts

Important: We strongly recommend inspecting your order before washing or wearing. Washing or wearing your custom item voids eligibility for returns or refunds.

Design & Color Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the DTF printing process and variations in screen displays, design placement and colors may vary slightly from the digital mock-ups or online previews. These minor differences are not considered defects and are part of the custom printing process.

Care Instructions

To preserve the quality of your DTF-printed apparel:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing

• Wash on cold with like colors

• Do not use bleach

• Hang dry or tumble dry low

Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the design, which is not covered under our refund policy.
